The 30 Spline Chromoly Birfield Super Set Has Arrived

O.K. GUYS THEY ARE FINALLY HERE. THESE ARE FOR THE HARD CORE FOUR WHEELERS. THIS 30 SPLINE SUPER SETS ARE THE STRONGEST BIRFILEDS ON THE PLANET.
This new Longfield is made of 4340 chromoly. The balls are smaller which allows us to have a thicker bell and thicker cage. The cage is a completely new and different design that gives you more strength at full turn. It is also made out of 4340 chromoly. The inner race is also a new and different design, it is made of 300M material. It is also longer for added strength. The inner axle is also made of 4340 chromoly. Instead of the stock 27 spline that goes in the birfield, we have now made in 30 spline. If you notice these inners axles have a snap ring at the end that goes in the birfield. It snaps inside the race of the birfield to keep it from drifting back and forth. No more martacking needed. This unit will allow you to turn up tp 48 degrees. This set comes with 2 snap rings and 2 inner axle seals.

I hope they truley are twice as strong. I ran my beat clicking Longs this weekend on yet another hard run and they held up and will still be great spares. Run it til it breaks...............eventually.

Yes the new 27 spline inner race is just like the stock ones the clip will pass throw it. So they will fit all your stock inners martack mite be a good idea in this case. These new longfields will break a 27 spline chromoly inner with no damage to the birf.
