I have a 90 Ford Festiva. I would love to make that thing 4WD. Is it possible at all? Will the body fit any 4X4 frames? Maybe give the illusion of a 4X4 Festiva. Any comments/ideas welcome.

It'll be alot of time and work, but if you really wanna tehn go for it.

Anyway, look into small 4x4's like suzuki samurais or geo trackers. find one with a similar wheelbase and trackwidth and go from tehre.
