Probably the only way to get rid of it is to move and leave it in the garage.:D
Don't worry about your mom, mothers will love ya no mater what you do.
If you do find some sucker to take yours let me know and they can pick up two from me also.

You just have to get rid of the tranny??? Jeez. My parents are moving, and I have a week and a half to get rid of the F motor, bellhousing, and tranny- they're just sitting in my old garage. I don't think the people moving in would like me if I left them.

Hmmm... Maybe I could sell it to someone who needs a new boat anchor.....

Funny! You are always cracking on people for sneaking stuff into this section instead of Chit Chat and For Sale!

Classic hidden post!

Dump in in a dumpster behind a Wal Mart!

Bad Nolen BAD!! Teaching this younger generation all our tricks for disposing junk we no longer need....where am I supposed to ditch my stuff if they are constantly using my dumpsters?!? :flipoff2:

If it's a floor shift 3-speed, the shift tower is worth $25-$40 to someone. If not, take it to the scarp iron yard. Ya might get back your driving costs! lol Really, this is the best place for it, since the metals CAN be recycled...I say this, because I work at a iron foundry, and we have piles of brake drums, engine blocks, and more stuff just waiting to be recast into tree grates, inlets, manholes, Dana driveshafts, Meritor center sections, Allison trannies, and John Deere suspension parts!!

See if you can take it to a PNP and drop it off as a core. They will load them all up and recycle them.

This will fit into the trash can very nice in PARTS...

The front bearing retainer and the bell housing can be used by a 420 convert...

I am going to machine a 3 spd retainer to match my 420 and use Toy parts up front.
Seems like an easy lathe cut...

I'm with woody on the scrap idea.
