Im a Toy guy but my buddy was wondering if he could fit some 32s under his 98 Ranger with a 2 or 3 inch BL?? Will it work with just the two inch? :usa: :usa:

Last I heard only a 3" body lift was available for the 98s. I am pretty sure with the 3" you can clear 33"s with out haveing to crank the torson bars. You could always just sawzall the fenders and make them fit :D

Im assuming this is a 4x4 cause i am nor real sure if it will work on a 2wd.

You can fit 33x10.5's without any lift on a 4wd 98+ ranger with only slight rubbing... 32's with a body lift should be no problem at all. I am running 33x12.5's on 15x10s with a 3" body and they only rub on the mudflaps when turning and in the rear only at full flex, prolly wouldn't rub at all on 15x8's

Have any of you guys done a 3 inch on a newer ranger?? I did a two inch on my yota and it was cake, but when we did a 3 inch on my buddies yota it was a PITA. Some things that had enough slack for the 2 inch didnt for the 3. So how is it for the rangers?? Also, my buddies ranger is an auto, anything extra to look out for on it? Thanks

Also, I dont know crap about fords....with a 3" BL how bad does the frame rail hang down.....is it :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow: ??

The frame does stick down low on the rangers with a body lift. Retard has a 98 with a 3" body lift nd he put it on him self so it shouldnt be to bad. Not sure about the auto part though. Probably best bet is call the manufacture of the body lift and see what they have to day.

Retard: You got a pic of your rig you can throw on here real quick or e-mail to me?? My buddy wants to do it but he's not so sure about the frame rail hanging down alot, like to give him an idea of what it will look like. Thanks

Sorry I dont have any better pics... the frame does hang down, more than on a yota but not nearly as bad as on an S-10.

It's a temporary solution while I wait for the SAS and its better than wasting money on a POS traildisaster or superlift kit.
