Not to sound like too much of a newbie:D , but are there any books out there about building link suspensions with coils? I am really thinking about doing it for a rear suspension, but I don't want to jump in head first with no ideas on proper geometry and such.

I think that the front will stay stock, just new leaf packs that are slightly taller and flexier.

Just for info, the donor truck is a 78 Ford F250HD with 60s and I am planning on running the 400/C6/205 and then putting a Ranger cab and doghouse on top of it with some sort of flat bed an leaning toward running 38" tires.

Obviously, the HD springs will be too much for the lighter body and then wanting to see much articulation out of it.

I'm very much open to suggestions, I haven't started yet, I've just got the basic parts now.
