I have a 203 that I want to mate to my 465 so I can get a doubler set up with the 205 as well. The 465 is 10 spline, and the 203 is 32 or 27 or whatever the fine spline count is. My question is how can I get this to work? I would rather swap parts in the tcase than in the tranny as the tranny is already rebuilt. How easily are input shafts swapped in the 203?

you need an adapter
and a 10 spline input shaft.
the adapter, good luck finding it.
the input I hear is available new.
I dont know why no one will step up and make the damn things
I would bug Airzuki and wave cash under his nose to see if he would build a few
