I'd like to get that 2WD T19 wide from you (to swap the gears into my 4WD T19 close). Unfortunately, shipping would likely kill the deal... Same goes for a driver's side and passenger side fuel tank (under floor type).

No need to swap gears, you just drill and tap the case for the 4wd output!

Isn't the 2WD T19 output shaft a different spline count? I didn't think it was possible to use my bull gear on a 2WD T19, even if the case could be drilled and tapped for the 4WD bearing retainer/TC adapter. Am I smokin' crack??? :smokin:

I've never had a 2WD T19 available to examine and decide for myself. I was just planning on doing the gear swap per the famous TORC/Mechanos writeup.
I guess I better do some more searching...

I have a 727 from a 74/75 200 2wd, but I don't know if it works.

I also have a complete a/c system from the same truck. It had a good charge in it when removed.

I could go for a manual trans, but shipping would kill the deal. :(

Got a Dana60F??? :D

Yes it is a different output shaft. Change output shaft on 2wd version, tap a few holes in the back, bolt on the adapter. Sometimes some grinding is necassary on the right side of the 2wd case along with a tapped bolt hole or two for a divorced shifter that needs to be plugged if memory serves me correct.

Creepy196: Take a road trip...shipping is a Bitch...plain and simple.

Blind Driver: Thanks for the offer, but the '74/'75 used a different AC setup than the '73 and older trucks. They actually come through the firewall (I think) in a different location/way. No D60 fronts here.

Thanks for the interest guys, and the bump to the top.
