Has anyone modified their webers on their 258s to work better on hills? If so, how?

Just gas it REAL hard! :D

Seriously, I haven't heard of an off-road kit for the Weber, but lowering the floats a tad helps a little. I did that on mine and it helped anyway...

Advance Auto parts sells a Puralator fuel pressure regulator. $18, you can't beat it. I generally drop the FPR down when off road, run about 3lbs street.

my buddy made a 1/2" wedge to go under the carb... doesnt seem to affect it on flat ground and it runs uphill like a Fuel injected (he used stock CJ-7 carb)
