In reference to my last post; I couldn't get the pedal back after I installed 3/4 ton calipers on my 14 bolt. Well....here is the solution:
1. 1 1/4 inch master cylinder (off again aka navaho brakes)
BTW hats off to Harold Off for putting up with me during this shit and use a 9" booster
2. remove propo valve
3. adjust rod between mc and booster to very little tolerence (maximize stroke) but not too much cause it will drag.
4. bleed bleed bleed and gravity bleeding sucks-squirt that crap all over the driveway.

the biggest problem I had was the size of the calipers in the rear. but I was just going with what I read. The biggest thing I think was the problem is that my cj7 was manual to begin with and I wasn't getting the stroke on the setup from navaho until Harold clued me in. If your booster has this adjustment try it out cause that saved my ass.
Thanks for the help, Richard
