I have a '71 FJ40 with a Fairey overdrive unit attached to the 3 speed.

Does any body have any technical specs or manuals for the overdrive unit?

Most importantly, does anyone know how many pints of oil are supposed to be in the unit?

" The overdrive oil is integral with the transfer box. When changing the transfer box oil also remove the overdrive drain plug. When refilling the overdrive always make sure that the transfer box level plug is removed to obtain the correct oil level."
