Motor is bad, wana rebuild or replace it... I just picked it up for a good price...
I attempted to rebuild it... I cleaned it, replaced a melted contact, sanded the electrical contacts with light sand paper. and cleanded the magnets.
Put it all back together, it worked, but the motor sounds funny, like it needs grease....
Its an Old School Ramsy 6000lb winch
