hey i have a 92 k1500 that im doin a sas on and i have a chevy axle so if i get a passenger side np241 or 208 can i keep my stick transfer case shifter? and what all would i have to do, mount wise, with the transfer case? thanks

shifter won't work. They are on opposite sides of the case. Besides the shifter everything else should bolt right in. As long as the 208 or 241 is the same spline count as your transmission. Quick ref for you, from behind a TH350 or a 700R4 is a 27 spline input gear, and from behind a SM465 or TH400 is a 32 spline input gear.

alright thanks a lot. how would i run a shifter then? just cut a new hole in my floor and buy a shifter that would work?? :confused:
