2001 18 foot gooseneck flatbed, good condition, steel bed, deckover, dual 5200lb axles, brakes on both axles, 6 lug, diamond plate toolbox, 5th wheel hitch included, foldup ramps, no dovetail.

I can buy it all for $2000 but don't really need a trailer. Was thinking it was such a good deal I could buy and resell for $3000. I just really don't have a good idea of what it's worth used. Thanks

I just recently bought a used lowboy gooseneck (20' deck, 2' dovetail, foldup ramps) 2-5200# axles, brakes on both axles for $1500. Depends on the market in your area.

20' can be ordered new from http://www.indianvalleytrailers.com/pages/877132/index.htm
for $3250 with 7k axles....

Think $2k is okay cost wise, but wouldn't plan on making a whole bunch.....

I might can get it for $1500, if I can do that I'll definitely be all over it. I also forgot to mention that it has the reinforced driveover fenders.

If it's a deckover, it doesn't have fenders. So which is it? a deckover or a lowboy?

I think he means that there is a deck on top of the gooseneck.

Anyway, I believe that trailer is worth about $1700 - $2000. Someone who doesn't know what they're buying would probably pay $2300 or more.

It's not home-made is it?

Sorry, it's a lowboy and no it isn't homemade. I believe it's made by Better Built.
