I came across a free blazer. It doesnt run but I was thinking I could use the 4.3 for a swap?

What years did the TBI start? I dont want carb.

It is free, but I am away from home at college, and it is going to be a pita to strip so I dont want to go through to much trouble if it isnt worth it.
