If any Zukers are going, keep an eye out for the Petroworks booth. Since I'm still (re)building my trail rig, I figure I'll help Gary out in the booth, so come on over and say howdy.

The event was great. I went for the 4th time in my Tracker. Food lines were slow but won $700 worth of stuff in the raffle. The rockcrawling on Sunday was good too.

I was out there in my Tracker also. Had a good ol' time. Ran into lots of folks I hadn't seen for a while. The rock crawl was fun. Sure wouldn't want to be that dude with the Blazer! :flipoff2:
Had a great time on the sand hill on Sunday. We were walking up the main route when i noticed a couple of Heeps trying to climb up a steeper section on the side. So I cruised over and took a shot at it. Went about 10 feet further then the best Heep made it. So then the contest was on. The Heeps started airing down, and saying they couldn't let my Geo make them look bad. I told them it was too late for that!:p
After finding the right gear, I popped out at the top, and sat at the top for a bit to watch them try my same line, but still they didn't make it. So ofcourse I did the natural thing and cruised back down there for a little more fun. They welcomed me with some good natured finger salutes, and then hit the hill again only to miss the top by a matter of feet. So i pulled around and popped out the top right next to them.. :p
See you can have a blast even in your stock vehicle while your rig is down..
(Side/Tracks make good dune toys.)

We left after the Blazer got stuck, he was going to be a while. Saw a red Tracker next to the Petroworks trailer Friday night. Did it go on a run Saturday?

That was my little grocery getter.. Had to rebuild the hub as it had converted into a solid piece as a result of lack of maintenance.. D'ooh! I didn't do any offical runs, and we camped off in a remote area up in Fish Canyon. (Great spot!) We just did our own thing. Wheeling the Tracker just isn't as much fun as my Samurai. I have taken the little bugger to a fair amount of trails, but it always seems to take a bit to much of the trail home with it. :( I'm rather proud that it made it across John Bull with no mods, no straps, and no major damage, but it did take a little push here and there. (Actually was a lot of fun.) I don't even bother with that trail in my Samurai as it is too boring in that vehicle. So I guess there is something to be said for stockers.
The bad news is I'll still not be done with my Samurai come Moab, so it looks like the Tracker will be going out that way for the second year in a row. :( But I do have a passenger seat in a nice new LWB with rear coils.. Poor me.. Can you say winch monkey? :rasta: I'll be camped at dead center of the Suzuki Gheto. Where the BBQ & raffle is held.. that's my front lawn. :p

I did the Zukiworld Moab Fun Run last year, was the only one without a body lift and got my photo on their site. (they called me a nearly stock Sidekick) Just checked and they are doing it again this year, March 25-29. Are you talking about Zukfari, is there a web site for that?
