I have 16 bolt bead locks and they leak a little bit. So I got this brillant idea I just want to see if any body has tried it. My idea is to drill a hole in between every existing hole and then just use a nut and bolt. So all i would be doing is doubling my bolts. what do you think will it work.

Where are they leaking? How much deflection do you have in the outer ring? What did you torque them to? How much gap is there between the inner and outer rings?

Seems like a dramatic solution. I have 17 bolt beadlocks w/o any problems.

Alot of leaks can be fixed by putting silicon over the weld that holds the inner ring to the weld.

I don't have bead locks, but I get a lot of flats. Find out exactly where the flat is before doing anything drastic. Put a few drops of dishsoap in a spray bottle and take the tires up to max pressure. Spray it around and see where the bubbles are.
