I'm curious if a 95 ford 2500 w/ttb uses 35 or 30 spline shafts and if the steering knuckles will fit a dana 60 front ball joint style yoke like dodges.

30 and no.
The bearing hub and rotor will work on a Ford 60 spindle though so if you find a dually 60 you can use them to convert it to single wheel.
