Has anyone replaced thiers? I am talking about the straight piece that is in between the air box and turbo. I have seen them available on the net and wondered what the advantages were. Can you modify the stock one? It seems it would make the turbo more noticeable but not much else.

here is my 92. i took out the corrigated stock tube and replaced with this simple set up i made with parts from airflow systems.
