i need a locker for a 1984 SJ-410 front axle.

anyone knows of such a locker and where to get one??

A LockRight (or locker anything else) for an '86-'95 Samurai SJ413 won't fit in the ring gear of an SJ410. Axles are the same spline but R&P's are smaller. I know because I bought a LockRight and ARB for the "Samurai" axles I had in the yard for years. I found out they were '84 SJ410 axles when I tried to install them. My only option was to find Samurai SJ413 axles and start over. I hope J-Dogg hasn't finished his :beer: yet. MIKE

Damn. I read the whole thing but didn't pull down that cute little menu. ("Easy to install and can be used on any Samurai 86-95") I don't think that they had 410's a few years ago. When I bought mine they were still Powertrax. When I tried to put it in I called them. They were owned by Richmond by that time. It turned out I had mixed Tracker and Samurai parts in the box anyhow. Richmond stepped up and sent the right stuff in the end. But I had to go 413 to do it. I guess I owe you guys a couple. MIKE

AND I would trust that HAWK has more LJs and 410s than anyone in their backyard. Hell, they got a few LJs that's in excellent shape. Wouldve thought that they bought it from Suzuki this year or something.

So call them. they WILL have the answers for you.
