I have some waggy 44's that don't have flat top knuckles, but have chevy 6 lug bolt pattern. Do any half ton chevys have 44 fronts with 6 lugs? I need to get the manual hubs also. Any help would be great.

Yes the dana 44 came in 6 lug for half tons but from what I could find out in my years of working at a wrecking yard nothing off a chevy directly bolts onto a jeep dana 44, I have a chevy and a wagoneer that both had dana 44's in them and I ended scrapping the jeep one in favor of a chevy unit due to this problem.

I have a D44 with 3.73 gears and a 6 lug pattern here in a blazer I'm scrapping for parts. Not sure which year it is exactly. I'm tossing it for scrap, I already have 3 D44's with 8 lug patterns and 4:10 and 4:56 gears sitting around here. Should'nt be to hard for you to find one.

If I change everything from the knuckles out it should work, right? I want 6 lug for the rims I have and the flat top knuckles off the chevy for a hysteer set up.

You sure? I'm putting chevy flat-tops on my waggy 44 keeping all the waggy stuff to keep the 6 lug outers and they seem to bolt up just dandy. :shaking:
