You deffinitely can as long as you dont have too much backspacing. You will need to do a little clearance grinding of the calipers.

I HAVE A STANDARD BACKSPACING I THINK 3IN TO 3.5 IS THAT TO MUCH ..

You wont have any problems a few minutes with a 4 1/2" side grinder wont fix.
I run 15x10 wheels, with 3" bs. and 3/4 ton 8 lug rotors both front and rear. Just a little clearange grinding is all you need.

I've got a D60 front that I just put 15x8 8 lug wheels with 4" back spacing on. I had to take the front 3" of the outer caliper radius down about 1/8" to get them on. Took about 1-2 hours and 25% of a 4.5" medium grinding wheel for each side.

i am running a front D60 with 15"...my back spacing is 3 1/4 and had to grind
a little but wasent that hard...maybe 20 mins of grinding on each side..

isnt there a difference between ford and GM D60's? I think it is MUCH harder to fit 15" rims on ford 60 than GM 60's. Anyone confirm this? I think the ford calipers are alot bigger????

ya know i forgot about that issue...yes the ford runs a dual piston
caliper and the chevy is a single...so i dont know if a 15 will work on
a ford...but you could always try

yes they do!
on Ford Dual Piston calipers
I run 15/10 3 inch backspacing with minimal grinding

I run 15x10 2.5" backspacing on my Ford with no grinding, & there's about 1/8" between the wheel & the caliper

I'm currently running 15x10 W/4 inch back spacing on Dodge D60 front end. I had to gring about 5/16 down and about 2 inches into the caliper and caliper bracket . Took me about 2 hours a side with an 8 inch grinder to get it to clear without rubbing. Only problem I see is if you run a lot of mud you may get something stuck between the wheel and caliper and maybe machine your wheel in half.

I've set a 15" rim with 3.25" backspacing onto a chevy hub/rotor/
caliper and it almost* clears without grinding by about 1/8" just
the way it is stock. but, since the chevy caliper is a single piston,
and the outer-dimension of the caliper is very contoured, you have to spend a bit more time grinding just due to the round-ness
of the caliper.

I also set-up the ford caliper on a chevy hub/rotor ford caliper,
and so far all i've had to do is clearance the INSIDE of the ford
caliper for clearance for the thicker chevy rotor. No outside
grinding has been done, and it clears by about 1/8 using half-worn down brake pads.

I'm going to be running the chevy hub/rotor--(35 spline) and
ford caliper (due to ease of fitment with 15" rims) running on
15x10 with 3.5" backspacing wheels.
should only have to do minimal grinding on the outside of the
caliper to clear this combo.

just did it yesterday with US wheel p/n usw-70-5880 4 inch backspacing 15 inch 8 lug wheeel on a gm dana 60f. someone here suggested using a rim without the tire mounted for test fitting that is definately the hot tip. IIRC credit ben w with the wheel p/n. FWIW 15x39.5X15 swamper on 15x8 wheel is same height as 1100r16 michelin on 16x6.5. later
