Gryphin Automotive sells a conversion kit that seems to work very well.

If the vacaum motors are just slow, take 'em apart, soak the seals in 5W oil, and re-assemble w/ 10w or 20w oil. worked for me.

Had to go to town and but a J.C Whitney catalog. I'm not smart enough to get through their website.
The motors are not slow they totally quit when the throttle goes down. I will try to soak them cause I'm to poor to put out much right now.
