What do you do to fit the wheel lugs in the rotor. The head of the lug is too big for the counter bore on the back side of the rotor.

Did you grind down the heads on the lugs?

OR

Did you find some other lugs for another application that work?
If so what?

use the rotors from the 3/4 ton 10 bolt front end and you can use the same size studs

or a 3/4 D44 will work the same

The kits that I make always use the 44 rotot and the stock studs....:D :p
