I know Iknow....... weld it up. But just this morning my rear locker started to act up. Loud banging and poping. I looked at eveything and it seemes to be ok. no missing springs or broken pins. Whats up?

You might try some new side gear thrust washers to tighten up the clearance a bit.
Mine did the same thing, it is now welded and much happier :D
