I get mine from the flea market. They are "retired" Red Kap, from all kinds of shops around town. They go for 3 for 5$! Perfect for working in the shop, as I always seem to get mine filthy dirty. I wonder how service techs keep theirs clean.

They dont. Usually shops like that have a uniform service that launders everything. Cintas and the like.

Goodwill and or ARC.
They usually have an assortment, or you can just shop off the rack! at 2.99 a shirt and 4.99 for jeans you can't go wrong!

I like to keep pairs of those coveralls around.. If I work on something real dirty... I don't wear any clothes under them  Have been known to make a parts run like that to boot.. You can find decent deals on them on e-bay.. I like the military ones when they show up.. :grinpimp:

You can get Dickies work clothes at WalMart.

Spray a little super clean on the worst spots, and pour a little into the wash along with your detergent, and you can get them almost as clean as a uniform service.

I add about a cup of Simple Green to the washing machine when I am doing my work clothes. Leave the lid up so that it goes through the agitation cycle but then stops without going into the spin and emptying the drum. Let it soak for an hour or so. Come back down and set the washer to go back through the agitation cycle again and close the lid this time.
Amazing what it will take out!
