Well On that Bronco yes its a IFS Dana 44, my other one has a Dana 60 under construction..
Ive actually never broke a front ifs, been lucky..Went through alot of rear ujoints and 9" 3rd Member housings though..And the 208 transfer case is supposed to be weak as hell, well the same one has been behind a 460 with 44's for 7 years.. Never a Problem, yet..:D

Hey Hip, yeah I broke the 3rd Member pinion support bearing housing..So I pulled the driveline, unlocked the hubs and went home, picked another housing up on the way from a buddy.. We should head out there again soon! I had a blast..We gotta find that V-Notch area, Cya Chad

we were right there in the right area. it just looks a little different due to snow as well as erosion. that sand trap we went through was only about 5 feet deep last summer and it was more like ten feet this time. that what i was doing when the hose let go. i was scouting the area to find both the v notch and the real long offcamber section we missed. i found that trail and i could not get onto it due to ice. i could have blasted up it but then all the open diffed people could not get there anyway again due to the hard packed ice. yeah i have a coupla weeks of details to work out then ill be ready to go again.
