OK, I tried the search a few times with different combos, and only have come up with vague references to this-

I found a '77 2wd F100 in a U-Pull-It JY a couple weeks ago, and it had a D44 rear.

Any info on these- gearing, spline count, ect?

I noticed it looked like it had smaller brakes than the 9" stuff, and it was in a inline 6/manual trans truck.

I will try to get out there with some tools to pull it apart, but not sure when I can get out there again.
