Thinking about running a hydroboost brake booster on my YJ with D44/60 & 38.5 TSL's, is there anything I should be aware of? I am running F-150 front brakes, and CJ rotors/caddy caliper rears. Are these components up to the pressure increase? Brake lines? Any help appreciated.

Are you sure you need hydroboost? I swapped my power brake booster for a gm dual diaphragm model and got dramatic results. I can lock up my 33 x 12.5's on pavement without even lifting my heel off the floor. Stock disc front and 11" drum rear. Cheap, had a shop rebuilt the gm booster with a linkage to fit the jeep for $190.00. After that, it was a bolt on affair. Best brake mod for the $$$.

Hydro-boost. I have installed it into my 94 YJ. It really works. I love that setup. Had many problems getting my power steering pump working because 94 yj's have a shitty TC style power steering pump. Your 90 should have a Saginaw psp which should make it work perfectly with a hydroboost setup. I had to put my hydroboost setup in about 10 times to work out the problems I have had with the power steering pump, and coolers. Ahhggg, but in the end it would be worth it. I can lock up my 35 with no problems and with little to no effort. I would def recommend it. If you have any questions just post em. I have done this so many times I should be able to help :)
