No they are not very hard to change and there isn't much to replaceing the seals if it just leaks.

Heres a little hint for you when you change your pump.Take the big fitting off of the back of the new one and drill the hole in it to 7/32" and take the little spool valve out (inside behind big fitting you just took off)and take the nut off of it and remove all the washers, and put the nut back on and replace it back into the housing.Reinstall the fitting .Uh oh now youve got a super pump!!!!!!!!!

Not to difficult, sometimes its a PITA to get the hoses off the pump, the pressure hose that is. Normally the hose fitting and the large fitting on the back of the pump will turn together. You'll have to double wrench it off, sometimes space issues make it diffficult.:skull:

simple bolt on......skip the pump upgrade for now.....use only on hydro-assist later.....if done incorrectly the "new" pump will :nuke: :nuke: the pump or steering box.
