This weekend at Cougar Buttes, the Women's Nationals will be happening. For fun, two Rhino rigs will be out doing an "exhibition" type of competition on the stock-mod courses. Melanie Schneider  from Team Purple will be driving one (spotted by her hubby Ron), and Nichole Johnson (our Spotter Frank's wife) will be driving the other. Nichole needs a spotter as Frank will be spotting Becca.
Rhino will provide a hotel for you but there is no pay or prize money as this is just for fun. Spotting these rigs is quite simple as they are VERY stable, they only have 4WD so no burns possible, and in ProRocks, there is no spotter strap allowed. Really, just a weekend of laughs. Another bonus is Xtreme OffRoad Magazine will be out and taking pics of these rigs in action.
Some of the Pro's at SEMA laughed at these cars, thinking they wouldn't do much...that was until we took these rigs through all of the toughest lines smoother than many other rigs were able to do...we even crawled the steepest line that the moon buggies were totally struggling on...and we didn't even have the ability to burn. So, take note that these rigs are fun, and just very simplified and capable rigs. No, they are not an unlimited rig, but hey, the builders know that and that's the reason they'll be running stock mod courses.
ANYONE INTERESTED???
