i have a '00 cherokee with a low pinion dana 30 front axle, in order to run the skyjacker crossmember without interference you need a high pinion front dana 30(front drive shaft hits crossmember with the LP) i think i may have figured out how to run the lift without using the skyjacker crossmember, if the bolts are long enough the factory corssmember may be able to be fitted under the sub frame assembly, i'm gonna check it out when i get home from school, i'm guessing though that the bolts won't be long enough.
