Hello I am new here and after reading some posts here I see that there are alot of very good ford people in here.
I have a question please?
I have a 1996 ford mustang coupe with a 3.8 v6 engine.
I just bought a complete 5.0 HO v8 engine that was removed from a 1995 mustang GT.
My question is,
What parts do I need to do the swap? example= computer,wiring harness,coil springs,motor mounts? Those are just a few thing I have been told I will need to buy.
Are these needed also what are any other things I may have to buy to do the swap?
thanks to anyone that can give me a complete list of parts needed all info you can provide will be very useful. I only have a 30 day warrranty to check out engine so I need to get it put in quick to be sure it runs well.

i know a lot of the stuff will be the same, i.e. computer, harness, and such. but this is a 4x4 board. so unless your putting a transfercase behind it, which i hope and pray that your not gonna do, you may not get a good response here. not flaming you, just advising
