Selling one of the tow rigs, hate to see it go!!
1997 Ford F-250 XLT 4x4 Extra cab long bed
THE GOOD:
7.3 L PSD with 102k on the OD
5 speed manual with 'automatic' locking hubs
Brand new within 1500 miles LUK heavy duty clutch and single mass flywheel
Sony CD player
Trailer brake
Gooseneck hitch
Sliding rear window
power drivers seat
THE BAD:
Dent in cab, baseball size-ish from PO getting too close to gooseneck...
usual dings and dents in tailgate
needs glowplugs if it gets cold where you are, otherwise starts fantastic, also has block heater of course
This truck runs fantastic and pulls awesome. I get around 16-17 mpg. I have an intercooler and pipes from a later model PSD, which i would sell separately, but i found the intercooler has a hole in it, which could be fixed easily i think. The interior is great, super clean, certainly doesn't look abused.
This truck has pretty low miles on it compared to others you will find of the same year, I am selling it because I just don't really need the extra payment and insurance right now, plus I got a travelall to move all my crap around with :D
I don't really have time to deliver it, and certainly don't want to deal with shipping it. I have a few local friends looking at it, so it might go quick. This truck is in GREAT shape!! I can get more pics too!
