one week after the Easter Jeep safari, all the idiots have gone home, and there is an awesome car show that following weekend.

Next years EJS is March 19 - 27, 2005. (from http://www.rr4w.com/) The week after is sweet, temps are cool, not too hot maybe a little rain. The trails aren't crowded. If you have the time you can hit the last weekend of the safari and catch the vendors show then wheel.

Thats what we do. we show up the thurs night before big saturday. do a rigistered trail, check out the Expo, then wave to the masses as they leave and we enjoy a much quieter week with less traffic on the trails.

4th of July is my fav. Hot!, very few people, fireworks over the slick rock is way cool!, oh yeah Hot! just the way I like it!

cant do it. Feb was my only chance this year. VERY slight chance i could go in the fall, but doubtful.

hell ya it would, i could be there by the 27th. The "ejs" end date is the 27th as well. Im pretty sure jim3030 is goin with us. we can make reservations for the KOA starting the 1st of jan.

I was up there The weekend before Thanksgiving. It rained all day and was cold as hell at night. Woody's was plenty warm :D

you'll freeze your boys off at night... maybe during the day too... plus the town kinda empties out (tourist related shops etc) for the skii season up north etc.
