im looking to put some 4.88 gears into a rear 14 bolt and a front dana 44 on my dodge...have standard gears right now with 36's...........and i'd like to find a shop nearby or someone who may do some gear work on the side, who would allow me to watch & learn how to properly install gears....

for info...the 14 bolt is off the vehicle...waiting to have the old gears removed, and new ones put in...the dana 44 is still on the truck...

any recommendations? even shops that wont allow me to watch & learn would be appreciated...

I live in the north bay...Napa, California...
