Is there any differance between a BBC Flywheel and a SBC Flywheel? The BBc is a 76 and the SBC is a 78.

As long as it not for a 400 SB or a 454 BB they will interchange. But since the BB is a 76 I would guess that it is a 454. The 454 and 400 SB are externally balanced. The get conterweights from the harmonic balancer and a weight tacked on the flexplate/flyweel.
