If it's just a beater, 4" lift and hack the fenders and stuff 35's under it. Driveshafts will be fine, you'll just need a drop pitman arm for steering. You can also body lift it and hack the fenders..this is about as cheap as you can get.

rear shackle flip -with stock parts will lift 4-6" or use a lowering shackle and flip and get more or add a sky mount and lower shackle and get 6-10" rear under $210 for mount/lowering shackle or under $10 if you use your pats and replace the riviots with bolts
then do the front with a spring spacer or longer springs

A 3" BL and springs in decent shape will clear 35's without any hacking

Tires rubbed the frame and radius arms at full lock, but, I don't remember ever seeing any evidence of rubbing the fenders, but, that truck was predominatley used for mud.

I'd have to agree with the guys saying bodylift if you want cheap, as most the liftkit stuff for those TTB frontends is poorly made crap (to get anything halfway decent out-of-the-box, you have to plop down $1000 on a Class II Skyjacker kit).

Sticking about an inch worth of large washers (1 3/8" ID) under the lower coil perches on the front is good for about 1.5-2" of lift without needing anything more than a camber readjustment.
