: 18G191P Differential Gauge Tools Dimension

I need exact dimension (so i can build it on lathe) for differential gauge tools serial number 18G191P as stated on Series III Manual books. This gauge tools was used to finding up height referrence for adjusting rear salisbury axle (1 Ton) pinion depth on Series III Land Rover.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

FWIW you can most likely adapt a modern-day Dana/Spicer tool to work. Look for something for a Dana 60 at Randy's Ring and Pinion (www.RandysRingandPinion.com) or similar.

30.93mm is the number you want.

I got it from the Defender Workshop manual that is on the web in quite a few places, v. good guide to Salisburies that should be 100% good for your Series.
I put 4.7 ring and pinions in a Defender axle.
