the grs2 tcase isn't getting a whole lot of attention in the for sale section. is $900 too high with the mounts? just thought i'd ask and see what yall think it's worth.

summo's are $850 sooooo? what would you pick if you were the customer? ya mounts and case but? just my opinion and I would have never said anything if you didn't ask.

heres my reasoning.
summo gears $890 + $200 core + $95 rebuild kit = $1195 and some labor.

so maybe $900 is a little steep. would $750 spark some interest in it? :emb:

Not sure about the flanges - what would it take to convert to an 88.5? I am interested, but waiting to get bucks up.

Sell your mounts separately. I 'd say advertise it for $750-$850 Buyer pays shipping and has to provide a good core.

The flanges can be redrilled to go either way. I'm running 87 flanges with 95 shafts by redrilling. It's not really the preferred direction since the holes are very near the edges, but I have not had any problems. If you ever feel you'll want to run Yoda shaft/parts than you need the late model flange to fit that hole pattern on there.
- A drive line spacer and transfer punch makes locating the holes easy -

You know Poppy, that GRS2 isn't worth much now that the 6.1 gears are out. But I'm willing to do you a favor, I'll trade you my GRS1 for your GRS2 and you can use mine for a core!!!LOL:D :D
