Yesterday I had a few too many hard bounces. The sagging front springs are only a couple inches from the frame bumpers. It is now time to lift my 79 F-350 about 4". I need better suspension, more travel, and more high center clearance. I don't know all the companys and sources, so your help will be very helpful. What is the best kit for me, and where do I go. I don't have a fortune to spend, but I want to do it right. The truck has a D60 high pinion front, and a D60 rear, and a C6 tranny. I have 34" buckshots on it now. Thanks again

I am sold on Skyjacker products. I have a 79 F350 w/ 6" lift running 38's. They are not cheep, but a excellent product with a good company standing behind it.

I got skyjacker 4" kit and it rides really stiff. But then I took out the shortest leaf out and it help out tremdendously for ride. I'm only runnin 35's so....

I always see the Rough Country 4" lift, springs front and rear, for about $750 in the offroad rags. Seen a few trucks with it in pics with 35's and it looks good. But, it comes with a steering lift block, I think the Skyjacker drop drag link is a better product so would buy that seperately. Cheaper option for ya.

Believe it or not Pro Comp springs, although made with Indian steel, are super smooth riding. They have the typical lifetime warrantee. :D and all of your local shops can get them for you. I can ship them to you as well.
