Quick question, I've got a pair of front two leaf packs from a 79 waggy and a pair of 7-leaf packs off an 80 waggy. Now which should I put on the front and which for the rear of my AMC 360 powered 88yj sportin D44 front and rear SUA. I'm runnin 33 Bfg's on 2.5 lift springs and 2" shackles, 1" body lift. I won't be towin all that much if at all, and the 360 is pretty stout. However I have axle wrap like a big dog. So 7-leafs rear or forward. I already know about the 2" offset and I definitly need the wheelbase. SRS coming soon. Lemme know what you guys think. Especially Rockslut since you've run this setup before. Thanks and:beer:

I would run 7 leaf packs. The 2 leaf I beleive are stiffer (if they are anything like the ones on J-20's) I would stay away from 2 leaf or any pack with few leafs they just don't have as much reliability.

Ditch the 2 leaf packs and run the 7 leaf all the way around.
