Ok dont think anyone is running this system here http://www.ticonsole.nl/ but if anyone can tell me how it works you guys can. I understand (i think) how regular hydro assist works but this confuses me. I dont get it,both lines in the ram the same side, and no ps box. :confused:

I contacted for you the Dutch manufacturer.
"both lines in the ram"; unit is a double working cilinder; it works like a shockabsorber system.
One of the advantages is that there is no difference in "power output" when the ram goes "in" or "out". A little correction on the steering wheel will give a proportional effect on steering, so you can handle your truck only by one finger, but not so far that you don't have any feeling any more.
There is only one BUT:
Your complete steering system must be in a perfect state. Too much tolerances in the steering box, relay and linkage will give a stange effect; if you want to go to the left you go to the right !! this because of the wave effect (action/ re-action of the oil) in the ram .

Prices, indicated on their website are changing, and will be better as the 850,-- Euro within a few weeks.
