: Ooops I did it again
cruzila 11-30-2004, 11:11 AM Since it has been 17 years since I made a tactical error. I thought I'd post it up. I had been running fast 4 wheel drifting in the snow and was on my way back to the group when I realized that the combo of low temps and water on the brakes....................AAAhhh
Jason M 11-30-2004, 11:21 AM LOL
Right on. Looks good that way.
The question is.. Did zilla make it???
Goebeler 11-30-2004, 11:22 AM Hopefully that snow is deep and soft. Nice cruiser snow angel.

HANGTOWNCRUZR 11-30-2004, 12:05 PM It may not have been an official club run, but you are definetly up for the trophy! Could this have been the catalyst you needed to start your buggy frame transformation?
cruzila 11-30-2004, 12:26 PM LOL

Zilla Rules :smokin:
tornadoalleycruiser 11-30-2004, 12:30 PM That's Awesome! Zilla made the roll! You all are nuts wheelin in the snow with just a bikini on! Course any time we get to see Scott in just a bikini!
your snow camo is working really well on the pics! I guess your daughter wasn't riding shotgun thankfully?
cruzila 11-30-2004, 12:31 PM LOL
first words heard from the cab... I'M O.K.

cruzila 11-30-2004, 12:36 PM It may not have been an official club run, but you are definetly up for the trophy! Could this have been the catalyst you needed to start your buggy frame transformation?
I have the perfect addition for it too!
Nah, money is the catalyst I need :(
You missed good times. A healthy bonfire and 12-18 inches of new stuff. Maybe next year for the 13th annual. 13th
Bad Coco 11-30-2004, 03:59 PM I was bummin' cause I had to work all weekend and missed the trip. Now I'm not so sad, that would have been a face full of snow for sure. I'd still be blowing snow boogers :flipoff2: Glad your ok :shaking: At least this time you didn't have my wife with ya when you flopped it. If she'd been there you'd have a hard time explaining grabbin her arse to help her out this time. :p
Gunmetalcruz 11-30-2004, 04:21 PM First time I rolled with my wife in the cruiser. Her first words were
"that was it?" Good it was a soft flop on the passenger side in the snow. Cruzilla how did your front fenders and winshield frame fair? Let me know next time you guys are going, I should have the new snow sneakers on after this weekend.
Jason M 11-30-2004, 04:34 PM Zilla Rules :smokin:

orangefj45 11-30-2004, 09:51 PM first thing my grandpa said to me when he taught me how to ski:

Del3030k 11-30-2004, 10:38 PM Great flop, looks nice and soft. Glad everyone was safe and nothing broke!

Also, what's this about 17 years since a tactical error...seems I have a pic from Mud n Yer Eye that show's baby blue zilla doing about the same thing at Holister.....BTW is that Desmond's Truck I see with the flatbed and big tires? See ya this eve if you make the meeting.....Glad Cruzilla survived the crash!
helocat 12-01-2004, 02:26 AM BTW is that Desmond's Truck I see with the flatbed and big tires?
Was going to ask the same thing. I saw on the Cascade Crusier board he was heading down for a run. This must have been it?
Good to see you are ok. Funny as hell that Zilla made it and you made a point to document he made it!
Mark
cruzila 12-01-2004, 06:47 AM Well, waterman :flipoff2: you had to remember that didn't you. 17 years since a tactical error in the cruiser??
I am fine for those that are asking. I have a back problem and wrenched it a little but now it is fine. The cruiser faired well too, the windshield must have been over the ditch at the edge of the road. It still is bent and broken from the x-mas run last year! (I need lexan!)The fender got pushed down a little and has a small dent. It landed on the roll bar mostly and that hit dirt!!
Mace, I have a nice collection of zilla pics. None with Shiner Bock though...hmmmm

Yes, he made it down. I think he will be back for x-mas. If it snows more.

Rubicon! Our 12th annual Turkey run. We get some of the nastiest weather you could imagine in November on the Rubicon. This year, although it snowed, it was incredible when the sun came out.
Jason M 12-01-2004, 07:34 PM Ahhh the cool pics come with Shiner light or blonde ;)
Kowboy has shown me the lite :flipoff2:
Excellent zilla pic BTW....
teapot 12-01-2004, 07:41 PM good to here eveything and everyone is ok.

The pics say it all. This would definetly be an annual trip that I'd like to attend-without the rollover of course... :shaking:
Bad Coco 12-02-2004, 07:27 AM Well, waterman :flipoff2: you had to remember that didn't you. 17 years since a tactical error in the cruiser??
I'm glad you corrected yourself. I thought I was going to have to correct you. :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :shaking:
Mark '73 FJ40 12-02-2004, 12:45 PM I can't believe that I am jealous of winter wheeling pics in Dec.
We have no snow! :flipoff2:
Hopefully this weekend we are supposed to get some.
