A friend wants to sell me his flatty and I wanted to see what you guys think it's worth.

44 rr frt. w/ ARB, high steer, moser 1.25" shafts and 5.38
60 rear w/ ARB, 1.5" moser 31 spline shafts and 5.38
SOA w/ wrangler springs
nice cage, body good (needs paint), custom bumpers, new soft top/doors, bikini top, 5 mounted 33x12.5 BFG MT 90%, 5 mounted 33x9.5 BFG MT 75%, 22 gal. 1/8" steel gas tank, cd stereo, radio w/ 50 watt linear, and a ton of misc. parts.

He's one heck of a mechanic (he repairs all of our logging equipt.) so I know his work is flawless and it is a really clean Jeep.

What's it worth?

just making sure your numbers are incorrect.
44 should have 1.31" axles 30 spline
rear 60 could be 1.31" axle 30 spline or 1.5" 35 spline.

Sounds like a nice rig.
33" tires and a 60 are gonna drag the ground.
