My girlfriend has two cats; since moving into a small apartment recently, her younger sister has developed severe allergies to the cats. My girlfriend doesn't want to give them up, buts its the cat or the sister, and the mom refuses to let go of the sister.
One cat is a 5 year old gray and white male, neutered. His name is Smokey, and he is sweet and loves attention. However, he does not like loud people or little children.
The other cat is a 3 year old black and white female, spayed. Her name is Sabrina. She is skittish and neurotic, but cannot be separated from the male cat.
Neither cats have been declawed, but they are pretty good about not scratching up furniture as long as you provide a scratching post. The cats come with a scratch pad, but it has to be replaced every few months.
They also come with a litter box, a water bowl, and two food bowls. They eat cheap dry food, and they hardly ever get treats so they aren't spoiled.
Both cats have been indoor cats all of their lives, but Smokey has been allowed out on the screened in porch at their previous house and on the balcony at their apartment. He loves being outside. Sabrina, however, is terrified of everything, and she hardly ever makes it outside.
I'm sorry this is so long, but my girfriend is crazy and long-winded.
