I have heard they give you about 10-15hp. Most times, installing them is as simple as bolting them on and adjusting them like you would any other rocker arm. To do it right, you should check the valve tip's contact area on roller. If it is not properly aligned, a different length pushrod is required. My pushrod length was fine.
