Which would you go with if you were ordering a front 60? Save the money and run the 30 till you have problems or drop the extra $$$ now for the 35's? In my case I have 38's with an auto and the stock 4.0... I'm thinking I would save the money and run the 30's...

I thought that too when I put mine in. It came with the stock 30 spline stubs and hubs. Blew one last summer. Took out the stub, hub dial, bearings, spindle, and chewed the splined on the bearing hub (had to spend some time with a file). Really made me wish I'd gone 35 to begin with.

If going full custom I'd get the 35 splines all the way out and get the CTM joints (I remember someone saying there being made for the 60). Dynatrack wants something like $4500 for a D60 and thats base model, Hey, for that much money what's a couple of C-notes extra?
Eric
It is easier to go 35 now while you want to rather than go with them later when/if you have to. Avoiding future inconvenience is worth a couple hundred IMO.

Yup, that is what I'm thinking... 35 all the way!
Thanks

It shouldn't be that much more ....... 35 spline outers are 75$ apiece and then a set of 35 spline warns are what, like $190 so if you did it now instead paying for all the 30 spline stuff it should only be a few bucks more.
