Oooor, if ya wanna go a little father north, call 775-324-2678 and ask for Rod or Josh Hall. Ive wheeled with them up near Reno/Sparks and they know every square inch of the area.

If you want to stay in the Carson City area try Prison Hill on the south end of town. Up on the north end is Jumbo - American Flats for mild wheeling.

About 40 miles north of Carson is Moon Rocks for some hard core wheeling.

Anyone who is wheeling prison hill area needs to be aware that the BLM is watching the area for excessive damage from wheeling. so please run the trails but don't move rock (stacking) don't winch down anything, wheel it but don't damage it. We want to keep it open. If you have any questions as to the damage that they believe is being done and would like clarification please call Fran Hall at the Carson BLM field office, she is the coordinator CalROCS is working with so please be nice.

A few of us are getting together on Saturday for a run. We haven't really decided where yet. There are a ton of trails within 5 minutes of Reno. What kind of wheeling are you looking for? Give me a call if you want to tag along. 775-337-6354 my name is Matt.

Thanks BIG Rich. I will get a hold of her today. Last time I was out there, I couldn't believe what some of the guys on quads were doing, and then some idiot came along and followed him. What a bunch of fools.
