What is the length of the Dodge NP543 to Np203 adapter?

I need to find out what the lengthis because I am debating using my existing mainshaft and then make my own adapter to connect the two.

I am going to start working on a 435/203/D300 dual transfercase setup. Since this is all going into a CJ-7 I need to make the whole thing as short as I can.

The current advanced adapters part I have is 4 1/4 inches long
I will be able to make a new adapter and use the advanced adapters shaft and make the new adapter about to about 3 inches in length.

Is the factory dodge adapter close to this length?

Thanks

Come AWN.....

One of you Dodge owners must know this.

Or do you just not want to help a Heep owner out?

Ah finally some one responds :D

Thanks.

So this adapter you have does it come with the shaft as well?
How much do you want for it if I choose to go this route.
I am now pondering a Klune V

I think I will eventually go Klune V though I think the adapter you have and the 203 will add too much length overall and not as much benefit as the Klune V.

With the V I will have 2.6 to 1, 4 to 1, and 6.6 to 1 options.

its definately too long for a cj-7. 6" adapter, 8" reduction part of 203, adapter to the 300, then the 300. go klune if you got the cash.:D
