Have a 1978 CJ5 for sale. I picked it up a couple of months ago for a project but I'm wanting something a little different. This will make a good project for someone who has the time. Good title.

Pictures (http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/casey_lee03/album?.dir=27a7&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/casey_lee03/my_photos)

-258 6 cyl
-T150 w/ Dana 20 (modified to have 4H 2H N 2L 4L)
-Hard Top
-Bikini Top
-Have rough soft doors that could most likely be reskinned
-Warn Hubs
-SOA with slightly longer shackles
-35x12.50 Mud Tracs with only about a thousand or so miles on them
-15x10's (unknown brand etc.)
-Herculined Interior and roll bar
-New bucket seats and seat covers (still have the stock seats laying around but the frames are rusted on them)
-New Brake Master Cylinder
-New Battery

The Good: the motor runs fine and I haven't had a problem out of it since I got it. I drove it home about 30 miles. Haven't had it back on the street since then but have had it off-road a few times. The drivetrain is good and everything works. Has redneck stickers :D

The Bad:
-the transmission slips out of second when under a load but if you take it easy it's ok.
-the fuel gauge and temp gauge is not working - just needs to be hooked up
-the brakes were bad on it when I got it. Put a new master cylinder on it and now they work if you pump them. Still haven't gotten around to bleeding them so that may fix the problem.
-passenger door is held closed with bungee cord at the moment but i'm in the process of fabbing a striker for it
-Paint is peeling on the hood
-Redneck stickers :D

That's all I can think of at the moment. If you want to know anything else about it just ask and I can answer for you.

Asking Price: $4,500 obo (will consider any trade of equal or lesser value; also maybe for shop equipment + cash: Large MIG,TIG, bender, plasma, etc.)

Location: Booneville, MS (the Northeast corner) You come and pick it up.

Now has custom rock sliders on it! I have already wheeled it 3 times and it is a pretty capable rig! Just needs some lockers in it. Any body have a slighty built ride that is a DD for trade? Also wouldn't mind a rail buggy (VW) or anything! Just make me some offers.

I havent been to boonville in years, grew up in Corinth, went to college in boonelville, wheeled and partied everywhere in between!

I've never had it out around pisgah. We took it to Alabama twice on our ATV trips to have some fun with it and had it in the swamp at our hunting lease once :D
BTT again come on somebody has to have some trades out there!
